It was §441, so Clair's funds dropped from §1,381 (simoleons) to §940. Planning to start upgrading the house, I think we should begin with a stove -- Clair's always getting a moodlet about getting sick of instant food ^^; While it's free, it also makes the sim unsatisfied.
Look who came by to visit while we're doing upgrades!
Buying the stove mean making the house a bit bigger so we now have §776. Another §500 gone from buying a CC stove (there were no rules against buying CC furniture, so hey!) I forgot to mention that Clair foraged so after buying a stove, and then selling the harvestables, we now have §2,744! (Of course, now, every time she eats she has to pay for the ingredients).
Clair has been breeding frogs as well, and doing other stuff to make money, but Monday evening she has now a total of §3,244! It is now time to get groceries (and meet Kai!)
It was good that Clair learned the Handiness skill because that night her sink broke and she was able to repair it without too much trouble.
Tuesday was a lot more harvesting and foraging.

Around 11am when all the farm work finished, Clair headed to the supermarket.
It's so funny because I feel like she acts just like me. If I'm on a budget and I have to go to a huge grocery store, this would be my gestures as well.

We'll end it here for now. I think the Luna Farm is going to thrive. The house is getting bigger 1 grid at a time. The plantain plant evolved but I'm not sure what is going on really because it became a seedling again!
Little renovations were made Wednesday and it basically took much of the day (including the field work) but we now have stove!!
