This assignment is going to have 2 parts. Make sure you both and not just one of them because these will be graded separately.
I don't want to make the videos too long (and my free account only allows me 15 minutes per video anyway ^^;) so I'll try to have separate videos per part needed. This will probably be better for those who are only wanting to look at specific information anyway.
Here's a short video on how to navigate your Google Classroom to see all the information you need before starting on your assignment:
I'm trying out creating jump links (quick links) so I will have sub-topics according to the questions the students asked during the Zoom meeting.

Any good news?

- Most of the time, the main idea or the Important Idea of the paragraph is located in the first sentence that essentially functions as the topic sentence (TS).
- The 3 Details being asked are the focus of the paragraph, usually, if it involves statistics, or unchangeable facts (like dates, names, and events) are included in those.
- The Source for this assignment will just involve the title and writer of the article on the left side.
This video will show you slide by slide what you need to do:
Part 2: Informational Travel Research (40pts):
Review of Terms:
1. Thesis Statement - This is 1-2 sentences, in the Introductory paragraph written, after the HOOK.
It is the main point of your essay, it may describe or enumerate what the other paragraphs will talk about.

Pace yourself, you have until May 1st, 2020. Please make sure you do quality work the first time so that you will not have to re-do any paper. This is counted as two grades. ^^
