May 3, 2016, Llyr's 19months and he finally gets his first haircut.
The Filipino-style 1st haircut would have been a buzzcut, but Americans do it differently. Noooo, they would not let me. They love baby curls A LOT. Haha. I really wanted Llyr to be like a Shaolin baby, maybe when he's 2 or 3 then.
Anyway he did NOT like getting a haircut. Mind you we went there prepared; snacks, toys, drinks, you name it Lola and I have it.
Even sour gummy worms can't calm him down!
After what seemed like hours mommy got the first curls cut. Another Filipino-thingy. I gotta ask my mom again why ^^;
Hair goes into an air tight sealed jar ^^ Not creepy. Adorable. A-do-ra-ble.
Quick snips here and there, the ever patient Ms. Marlene got the job done!
Now he looks like a toddler (つд⊂) my baby's growing like a miracle crystal plant. (If you don't know what that is -- google it, it's so cool!)
Today we also had Kyle's pre-birthday dinner celebration :)

ISN'T THAT THE BEST BIRTHDAY FACE OR WHAT. (╭☞´ิ∀´ิ)╭☞
May 4, Kyle will be 25. Yay!
Again, another shout-out to Ms. Marlene.
A real hair stylist is one that's not afraid/ashamed to be on the floor to get the job done.
